Payment Policy Umrah :
- INR 20000 to hold your booking.
- 50% of total amount to be paid within 3 days to confirm booking amount.
- Full payment after Visa or 21 Days before Departure whichever is earlier.
Cancellation Policy :
- After Booking & Before Visa Appointment (Admin Fee) :: Rs. 10,000/
- After Visa Approval – 25000/-
- Less than 90 days of tour departure – 50%
- Less than 45 days of tour departure – 75%
- Less than 30 days of tour departure – 100%
- Flight & Visa Cost is 100% Non Refundable once Booked.
Refund Policy :
- Umrah Packages are Non Refundable if cancelled within 30 days of departure.
- Visa fees is Non Refundable
- Excess Payments if any will be credited in 7-15 working days.
- Partly utilized services are also considered as fully utilized. In such circumstances no refund shall be applicable.
- Any compensation/rewards if any will be credited in 7-15 working days.
Visa Refusal Policy ::
- Visa Refusal Policy In case of visa refusal from embassy
(Visa fees + Visa processing + insurance = Rs. 16,500) will be deducted.
Other Terms & Conditions :
- Any increase in Air Ticket or Visa Fee or Saudi Riyal will have to be paid by the customer before departure.
- In case of Flight Cancellation or Delays by the airline we are not liable as we do not control any airline.
- In case of Visa Delay or Non Issuance of Visa we are not liable as providing visa is in hands of Saudi Authorities.
- Delay in payments as per Payment Policy would lead to change in group date without prior notice.
- Private Transfers, Personal Expenses & Room Service are not included in Package.
- Zamzam and Saudi Sim Cards are complimentary services and are subject to availability by Saudi Government
- Laundry services are complimentary in our package. Al Arham shall not be liable for any Loss, Delay, Color fading, Shrinking of clothes, New Stains etc of any type by the Laundry service provider.
- Room Allotment for Private rooms shall be as per the booking.
- Room Allotment for Sharing bookings will be as per our arrangements. No Choice of room will be entertained.
- Excess baggage has to be paid by the customer.
- Al Arham shall not be liable for loss or theft of baggage during travel or hotel stay.
- We have zero tolerance for foul language and bad words. If a customer is found guilty,he/she shall be removed from group immediately.
- Al Arham International reserves the rights to make alterations in group schedule which pilgrim has to accept and for which no refund shall be made nor any claim shall be entertained.
- After entering Saudi all passengers have to follow strict travel schedule as per the company arrangement. No altercations and changes shall be entertained.
- No personal food demands will be taken by company. Customer shall arrange food for Infants, Old Age people or Medical patients etc.
- Friends and Relatives of customers are not allowed to Eat or Stay in our Hotels. Specially Iqaama Holders or relatives in gulf will not be allowed within our Hotel Premises.
- Al Arham will not be responsible if the customer misses his flight due to any reason and in such case the passenger will have to bear the cost of rescheduling/new ticket charges and refund for any cancellation/rescheduling of Flight will not be done. During the period of rescheduling of flight, if the Umrah Visa expires a new Visa has to be issued and fees has to be paid by customer.
