BOOKING POLICY

1. Pay INR 20000 per person Advance NON REFUNDABLE  to Book your Umrah tour.
2. Balance amount to be paid 21 days before departure or after visa whichever comes first.
We do not accept CHEQUES Only Online Bank Transfers, NEFT or RTGS or IMPS will be Accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
1. INR 20000 Advance paid is NON REFUNDABLE.
2. NO REFUND if cancelled within 21 days of departure.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AND SAUDI RULES
1. Passport Scan Copy and  Passport must be have atleast 6 Months Validity from Date of Travel.
2. Latest Passport size Photographs with White Background.

Airport Reporting : 4 Hours before Departure.
Mumbai Airport : Please Report at Terminal : 2, Gate No : 4.
Delhi Airport : Please Report at Terminal : 3, Gate No : 7.

  • Pay INR 20000 Advance per person to Book your Umrah tour.
  • Balance amount to be paid 21 days before departure or after visa whichever comes first.
  • Book with Cash or IMPS / NEFT / RTGS favoring “Al Arham International”. We do not accept CHEQUES
  • If your booking is routed through our Representatives or Your Travel Agent the tour cost will remain the same as applicable and your booking amount should be paid only favoring the company if at all you need to pay by cash then the payment should reach our head office at Navi Mumbai only against our official receipt. If you don’t follow the above mentioned payment policy and procedure, the company shall not be responsible for the payment.Please keep the Head Office informed about all dealings with the agent regarding your package type and total amount paid and all other details. Email us on info@alarham.in all converstaion details with agents to safegaurd your interest.
  • Scan copies of the passports can be emailed to alarham001@gmail.com and Money can be deposited in our Bank Accounts mentioned Online. Please mention your Name and Contact Details clearly in the Email while sending Passport Scan Copies.
